I want proof, like a forum post where modders say that they have permissions

I was wondering if Technic/Tekkit had full permissions from the modders, I can't find a post were the modders approve. If you don't have permissions the rule of no illegal stuff is very hypocritical. I know most players don't care about the modders, but not have permission to redistribute the mods is the same as piracy, and don't try to justify because you aren't stealing from billionaires, they are normal people.
