Sorry to add this after but just realised, My java is the latest update of version 7 out (Not to good with PC's so I didn't know there were updates) My OS is windows 7 home premium, 64 bit (I thought there was only home premium proof i'm no good with PC's)

Launcher Version: 3.1 Operating System: Windows 7, 64 bit. Java Version: Java 7, 64 bit. Antivirus Program: Windows defender Description of Problem: I try to start the Technic update launcher to get all of the files but the program doesn't even attempt to start, the message windows comes up with each time is this 'Techinic updater launcher has stop working' i'm not sure if i'm missing a program or something around these lines as I've got a new PC with the exact same programs as my old one, so I can't figure out what could be wrong. Error Messages: Technic updater launcher has stop working Error Log: The folders are not even downloaded
