244.6GB free. The server seems to be running steady using 6gb of ram out of the 10gb I have assigned with 4 players online.

Well, it's currently got 8gb of ram dedicated to the server, and I only have 12gb to work with total. We used to have it at 4, but we increased it a few months ago. I'm increasing it to 10GB to see if that helps.
