[Chests mod to replace alch chests in next update]

So I'm not sure if this is 100% confirmed or if its mostly a rumor, but if equivalent exchange is not going to be in the next tekkit 1.2.x then, is there any plans on adding some other mod that has a comparable storage system? I'd hate to lose the alchemy bags but I can deal with it. I'd also hate to lose the alchemical chests. But if EE is not going to be available (sadface) then I think the iron chests mod should be implemented.
