Hey its what worked for me ok. This version they just released clearly has a problem that isnt the users fault.

Last time i checked this was a post i posted in the general discussion so im not posting in the wrong place. And i did search this up and the 50 posts about it had no solution that worked for anyone. Help with this topic is hard to find.

And freackachu please save the energy, i like the mod, want to play the mod, and i have a problem getting it to work, so i ask around for help, because that seems to be hard to find, or far fetched on this forum, sorry. No problem there ok, calm down kid.

Problem solved, its the owners fault, just download a later version of the Technic pack and update it to the newer version, worked for me, sense no one knew the fix to this problem. Thank you all for the help. Even if i am a "Stupid Newbie" Helen Keller

There have been well over 100 different posts about the Technic launcher being downloaded, and then ran, and it stop working, most of these posts have been made today, and no one of them has a successful solution. Just a bunch of other people commenting saying they are having the same problem, and yet no solution from anyone. Why hasn't someone fixed this problem with the Technic launcher not working ? I have been looking into it all day today, i download, and it didn't work for me. so why hasnt it been fixed, or updated, its clear alot of people are having problems.

It still didn't work, the jar file doesn't run either. I'm beginning to think its an owner problem, not the people downloading it. it was fine until it was updated not theres well over 100 posts about it and its problems with no solution.

Launcher Version: 1.0.1.3 Operating System: Windows 7 Java Version: Version 7 Update 4 Antivirus Program: Norton AntiVirus Description of Problem: I just downloaded the Technic Launcher 7.2 off the website, i click it, its asks if i want to run it, i click yes, and it says "Technic launcher updater has stopped working " I re-downloaded the launcher multiple times, and it still refuses to work. i have the latest version of java which i downloaded a short while ago because someone said that would work, and it still refuses to work. I turned off my firewall, turned off my anti virus, and restarted my computer, still nothing. There are multiple posts about this problem, and not one of them have solutions. Any help is greatly appreciated. Error Messages: Technic Launcher Updater has stopped working Error Log: n/a

ah i see, 7.2 is whats on the website, but of course i must be wrong. Thank you for your help, that didn't work though.
