would not work. i need help with figuring out the config file. If i am missing something.....

i am in the process of building a huge ship with frames. Problems: -ship wont move (due to limit) -when i change the limit under (tekkit server>redpower>redpower config) to 5000 from 1000, the server has an error message If you can, please help me figure this out so I can complete my project.
