Launcher Version: Latest Operating System: Windows 7 Home Premium (64-bit OS) 6.1 Java Version: 7.0.70 Antivirus Program: Avast; Malwarebytes Description of Problem: Whenever I open the TechnicLauncher.exe application a message comes up that says "Technic Launcher Updater has stopped working. Windows is checking for a solution to the problem." and then it closes anywhere from a second to a few seconds later. I've deleted my .techniclauncher folder so all of those files are gone now. I've created the technic-launcher-latest.jar from the Linux/JAR download but it says "loading" for a split second and then closes. This all started because my Tekkit server wasn't being found yesterday (I've played on it many times before with several friends.) and so I updated the Technic Launcher. Now it won't even open and I have no idea what to do! There is no Error Log in the logs folder in .techniclauncher. I've tried almost everything that I can think of/that I've seen online. Any ideas? EDIT: The .jar is working! Error Messages: Technic Launcher Updater has stopped working Windows is checking for a solution to the problem... Error Log: None found
