I am a developer so i keep it as it is! I dont know what you know of java but jdk completely includes jre.

I have the same problem and this is the whole error message. I only have JDK installed but technicaly this should not be a problem, system/enviroment - variables are allso set correctly. runing from technic-launcher.jar is also no problem. again, this error msg is all I get:
