Server Update: I have now, at least, somewhat of server opening hours. Weekdays: 4PM until 8PM (GMT +0) Weekends ? until 8PM (GMT +0) That should clarify the times. Server will now be starting.

Server will be up whenever I can have it up. Weekends will be best to join.
