Can't connect to my tekkit server but can connect to vanilla server

Well I noticed one problem. In the world folder there is a Railcraft.Dat thing. Go into 7zip or something like that that can change file extensions with it's renaming, and Change it to ".GZIP". Who knows that could even be the entire problem.
