im having a problem with that too, but this is my first time linking.

having same problem iv use essentials, worldgard, regios, and PreciousStones. nun seem to work i can stop them from braking a lot of the blocks but the ic2 machines can be broken by anyone. and i cant stop peeps from placing blacks with in the zones.
