If you use a sonic screwdriver and hold shift then left click it brings up a dip switch menu, if you set the second monitor to like 3 so that 1 + 2 is down then on the cpu change the Console to 3 also and restart, you can then use two monitors, i'm not sure on how to set up 2 or more though, i'm currently having problems with that myself, but thought i'd contribute 2 monitor cpu support :)
