Changed it and it still instals as vanilla. Not sure what's going wrong here. I'm in the IRC channel though. Edit, finally got it working. I was using the wrong forge type, apparently.

http://www.technicpack.net/modpack/flashcraftmcserver.575842 I uploaded a test with the forge universal renamed to modpack.jar and it still launched vanilla, not sure what I did wrong Just a small edit, this is just a test. My real pack is about 300 mb, and I don't want to go nuts with my slow internet connection, re-uploading each time, so I just have 3 mods included here.

Is there somewhere I can go to find detailed information about hosting a pack on the Technic platform? Everytime I upload the file and link it to the pack, it downloads all the mods, but it launches as vanilla.
