tekkit server hosts with a good reputation??

i dont know coding i just want a server thats easy to setup and that has the other characteristics i mentioned -
i am wanting to rent a tekkit server but i want to know if there is a host that provides cheep service, good equipment, not alot of lag, good up time, good support and friendly service does anybody know a host that can provide them?
