nope i already tried that

my norton hasn't worked in months could it be because norton isnt working? and yes i have redownloaded both deleted eveything including saves under mincraft and techniclauncher. could it be my norton?

How?

I have the exact same problem and my norton has been down for the past few months so it cant be my antivirus or my firewall because i have done everything this says. This happens both on my technic and vanilla is there something wrong with my pc?
