Description of Problem:

Logging into any server results in Connection Lost: End of stream, direct connect does not work and gives same "error" messgae

The launcher log looks fairly normal - I can't find anything that could be disconnecting you. This looks like an AV/firewall blocking you.

its been working fine, and just stopped a couple days ago and i use avast and its cleared so i really dont know whats going on

You could try giving it more ram minecraft servers work best on 1gb+

Make sure your using the correct version the server is running on.
