technic launcher will not look for java in the Program files (x86) folder

launcher version: 1.0.1.3

os: windows 7 64bit

java: version 7 update 5

technic launcher says it can't find the java directory when you launch. it doesn't look in the program files (x86) folder for java. you have to manualy re-install java in the standard program files folder, and this causes instability, since some programs will not know which java to use.
