Chunks don't load when logging into server

Question

Title: Chunks don't load when logging into server

Version: 3.0.3/3.0.4

OS: windows 7

Java Version: Java 7

Description of Problem:

Randomly gets disconnected and when logging back in the chunks dont load this has happened to anyone on the server after a while after we reset the world we ntoiced no one was getting any problems but then suddenly after i put down a MFSU 30 seconds later someone got disconnected and the chunks wouldn't load.

Also probably worth noting is that all the people affected have a reasonably slow connectection max 2 MB/s as for me i got 30 MB/s connection and i have not been affected as much but the reason i may have been affected at the beginning was because we tryed it on a server with slow internet conenction but with more RAM when we did we ALL including me was affected and couldnt load the chunks we then changed the server to a faster internet connection with a little bit less Ram and only the slow internet connection people are affected and im un affected completely.

EU loops (feeding output from MFSU back into MFSU, whether some of it does elsewhere or not) is really hard on a server - check for that. Do you have pictures of your electrical setup?

Other typical massive lag-inducing problems come from out-of-control quarries dumping items, out-of-control piping system dumping items, condensers dumping items...see a pattern here? ;)

mmm so pretty much make sure i don't have more than one wire imputing energy and ofc only use the little dot for outputting the energy? And no sorry i got no screenshots i had to remove it so that my friend could get back on the server though it was a MFSU and load of solar panels around and is connecting to 3 sides of the MFSU accept the output

No, that should be fine. I mean, a load of solar panels, depending on what exactly that means, can cause lag, but not game-ending unless the server's already overloaded. Try to minimize splits in wire channels, using batboxes/whatever and transformers where needed. That TileEntityData packet is probably an EU packet that wasn't getting routed correctly.
