Title: Local connect fine remote connect fail

Version: 3.0.3/3.0.4

OS: Windows 7

Java Version: j7u4

Description of Problem:

I host my own small server running tekkit (latest as of ~18/06/12), if i connect to my server from my home pc (same LAN) i can build refineries and pumps and power etc aok PERFECT, but if i connect to my server from a remote connection (via Internet) it wont load any map chunks i only see monsters etc, no blocks no nothing and after about ~10 seconds it drops me, it wont let me walk/fly or anything.

What i have tried:

Leaving my dude far away from the base -- it loads perfect until i walk back to my base and as soon as im there chunks stop loading and eventually it kicks me.

Fresh map then first connect remotely - works perfect till i make refineries and pumps and electricity etc

Disconnect and reconnect quickly a few times - might see a single chunk and then i get kicked

New map and remake my base - same issue

I use Wooden Pipes (tanks out), Glass Fibre Cables, Energy Links and Gold Waterproof Pipes, MV converters and Tesla's, Refineries and Pumps that is all.

Any help would be appreciated i hope no one else has already asked this (double post), if you need any more information let me know.

Cheers.

Moving liquids around with BuildCraft is hard on the server and connection. That's just how it is, so unless you have a decent upload/download speed on the server, I wouldn't try to connect with a slow connection.

even a small ammount? one refinery?

whats a "decent" upload/download?

why would that d/c me from my server with an error? it just halts the chunks from loading like totally.

on ADSL not dial up

LAN connection works aok its when i remote connect to my server using the internet it wont load chunks

My other bukkit/minecraft servers work perfect with the same setup

Server issue - thought that at first so now im using a totally different machine - still same fault

This has me stumped, is there any other logs or information i can give to assist or anything?
