Tekkit Classic EMC Generator (Sorting Machine Problem)

Hey so being playing and I had an emc machine hooked up to a power flower however i am having problems with an emc machine I set up.

Sorting Machine

 

The Sorting Machine has a blutricity power source 

 

The Sorting Machine and Filter are on a timer

 

The Rotary Macerator is reciving power through glass fibre cables

 

Any Idea's what my problem is?

The problem may be you need redstone pipes to power the pipes to pump them out if that's what is wrong, if they are not pumping items. You will need to power the redstone pipes with alloy wire and a timer hooked up to all the pipes.
