Incorrect Texture Coordinates (OpenGL texture coords)

Question

Title: Incorrect Texture Coordinates (OpenGL texture coords)

Version: 3.0.3/3.0.4

OS: Linux Mint Debian Edition

Java Version: OpenJDK 1.6

Description of Problem:

The textures will get messed up. Chests (for example) will be completely invisible. And other things, in this case the Crafting Bench Mk. III has the whole texture.png as it's texture. This same thing can be seen in my skin (see image links below). I think it's a problem with the OpenGL texture coordinates (I do programming). Oh, and sometimes I can't see mobs. (A creeper blew up because I couldn't see it so I walked right up to it). Also, mobs get that same glitch with having the whole texture.png as their skin.

Here are two images of the problem:

Error Messages:

No error messages.

Error Log:

Nothing.

EDIT: If it helps, my graphics card is an Intel HD 3000. Sucks for me I know.

This is almost always caused by having an outdated version of OptiFine, or one that's causing glitches. Download the version of OptiFine Standard for Minecraft 1.2.5, and drop it in your modpack.jar in the .techniclauncher\tekkit\bin folder.
