"Logging In "

help i am trying to launch my custom modpack on technic but it loads and i sign in to the server and all that get to the join server screen and it says " logging in " forever thats as far as it goes please help

 

 

 

i had mcprohosting prepare the pack and when i run it using MultiMc it works but i added the bin file like it said to so i could put the forge file in the right spot and basically used their folder

 

i renamed it modpack.zip like the video said to (also tryed renameing it modpack.jar totally wouldnt launch then) 

 

now i got it so it goes to the logging in screen and stops doesnt crash plays the music just sits there if you go on single player its in vanilla no mods at all
