Crashing help

help please

 

i got my server up with my custom modpack

but when i /tp or when someone else signs in it crashes and when i use the creative search tab it crashes 

 

i could really use some help or at least some direction on where to look

after further experiments the /tp command does not crash me its when i get with in 50 blocks of another player on the server which is a problem since i want more then one person on the server

 

 

please help
