technic launcher freezes on there logo

can someone tell me simply why my technic launcher freezes on the technic launcher logo.

if you know how to stop this please relpy with simple terms cos im not much of a computer person

You can stop this by:

1) Using the bug report form so we know at least your OS, Java, antivirus, and general competence.

2) Reading the stickies on Common Problems and Solutions.

3) Using capital letters.
