If the report shows you're using launcher version 0.5.4.9, something's wrong. I'd personally wipe the entire .techniclauncher folder and the launcher, download a new copy, and run it.

Did you delete .techniclauncher (or just .tekkit) and reinstall?

Did you remove Java 7 and install Java 7 update 5?

Also, is there an antivirus/firewall involved?

Finally, is this server in your control, on the same computer as the client?

I deleted the entire .techniclauncher folder, yeah.

Yes.

Yes, whatever the standard for win7 is, MSE? I've never had issues running regular servers, but I've never tried a tekkit server so that could be the problem.

Yes.

If you installed Java 7u5, can you provide the latest launcher log? The old one still have base Java 7, which is kind of old.

Windows Firewall has been known to stop Tekkit from correctly loading mods before by blocking the launcher.

MSE is unlikely to be causing your problem, but I'd look into adding an exception for the launcher, Minecraft, and Java anyway.

Ok. It suddenly started working... It seems maybe the firewall was blocking part of Java. Or something XD

Thanks a bunch for your help, I'll post again if it stops working :D
