ModPacks won't install/load (Stuck on "Instaling Minecraft")

    This bug contains alot of differn't problems (Launcher Bug + Solder Bug + In Game Bug)

 

 Explanation: I was playing Tekkit lite when the window shut itself out. This happens alot with me and I can usialy just reload the pack and go back to playing, but this time when I clicked play a weird message poped up, but before I could read it the launcher crashed. when I reclicked the shortcut for the Technic platform nothing came up. I'm used to it taking awhile to come up but I literly waited half an hour and nothing happend. So looking for ways to fix it I deleated the shortcut and reinstaled the launcher. I got the same result. I tried it a few more times just to make sure adn got the same results. I dicided to look in the %appdata% thing and found that the .Technic and .Techniclauncher files where gone!

 

I still have no idea what happend but one time it came up. I clicked play for the tekkit lite pack and nothing happened. I waited and still nothing happened. I knew somthing must be up with the files going missing but I had no idea how to get them back. So I reset the pack and clicked Install. It went fine for a little bit, but stop at 0% when it came to "Installing Minecraft".

 

Reproduction rate: 10/10

 

Steps to reproduce:

1. Game crashes out of Tekkit lite.

2. Click on the launcher.

3. Click play on Tekkit Lite.

4. Tekkit Lite won't load.

5. Launcher crashes.

6. Reclick Launcher.

7. Launcher doesn't load.

8. Reinstall Launcher.

9. Launcher won't load.

10. Files dissapear in %appdata%.

11. (I don't know how) Launcher finaly comes up.

12. Click play on Tekkit Lite.

13. Nothing happens.

14. Reset Tekkit Lite.

15. Click Install on Tekkit Lite.

16. Install stops at 0% when it gets to "Installing Minecraft"

17. Stays like that forever.

18. Happens with all the othre packs also.

 

Expected Results: Launcher should come up. Packs should load all the way.

 

Observed Results: Crazyness happens everywhere

 

Logs: Crashes and such that i talked about happenign alot do not create crash logs. If anything eles did its gone with the rest of the dissapeared files.

 

Additional Comments: Please help me. My computer is so bad I can't even play normal minecraft! (for seom reason Tekkit Lite works) (I only get 2fps and crash alto on it though).

Anyway, this is the only thing I can really do and it keeps being problamatic. This is the first tiem its done somthing like this but it isn't the first time problems have come up like it!
