Can't update modpack?

I'm trying to update the version of my modpack to the newest version of TFC. I've increased the version number so the technic launcher knows to download the updated .zip file from my host and I've added the latest changelog. However when I go to hit update modpack the website tells me "The name has already been taken." The name of my modpack has already been taken by the name I already use? Is this just a bug or do I have to rename it? 

I shouldn't have to right? Since the name is the one I was already using before the big website update.
