Title: Server crash

Version: 3.0.3/3.0.4

OS: Windows XP

Java Version: Java 7

Description of Problem:

Server crashes after a month of use. I restarted it every week to prevent lag. Same happened with previous tekkit server (2.1.1). I had to reset the world for it to work.
