Description of Problem:

my friend set up a tekkit server by getting the server files and doing the whole launch function in those files, he also put in Bukkit essentials extra in the plugin folder. all of the computers we are on are on the same internet network and everything, but when i try and get on the server by doin the 0.0.0.0 or the localhost IP's it says refused to connect. We don't know how to connect.

Go to cmd and type ipconfig look for a line that says:

IP v4: use that number to connect for a local server

Note do this on the hosts PC
