i installed Tekkit 3.0.3 client and tekkit 3.0.4 server and everytime i try to join i get this message i have no idea why any help would be nice

Go into %appdata% End find techniclauncher. Delete the folder and install the client files again. Should work.

Hmm, It should work, it did it for me.

i did what you said then it said its missing Mod_Nether_Ores so i manually put it in then i got a big long error message

No thats with a new one it does that i installed technic for ssp first then tekkit then went straight to join a server

Ok somehow it worked but when i get on my server its all just white the map doesn't load??
