Title: CraftItemEvent not sending when crafting some IC2 items

Version: 3.0.3/3.0.4

OS: Ubuntu 32bit 12.04

Java Version: OpenJDK Runtime Environment (IcedTea7 2.1.1pre) (7~u3-2.1.1~pre1-1ubuntu3)

Description of Problem:

Crafting some IC2 items does not cause the Bukkit CraftItemEvent to fire. It does fire the event with other mods like BuildCraft. The only items tested so far are Electronic Circuits [iD:30191] and Copper Cable [iD:30184].

Well that is a bug caused by server reloading.

Ask the server owner to restart the server and that will fix it.

I have no idea why this happens.
