Technic launcher and we cui mod

Hello I play hexxit the recommended version, and I'm trying to install WE CUI on my client http://www.minecraftforum.net/forums/mapping-and-modding/minecraft-mods/1292886-worldeditcui

I have tried adding it to the jar files but it doesn't work, I have the version for mine craft 1.5.2. I have searched every where on how to install this with hexxit and the technic launcher and have not succeeded in making it work! If some one could please give me instructions on how to make this work that would be awesome!
