Antivirus Program: The launcher loads up and shows the rotating arrows then the logo come up and stays on the screen till the process is ended in task manager.

That AV shouldn't do anything like this. I'd vote for a reinstall of the pack (back up worlds & waypoints, as usual).

I find it interesting that your Java version changed between launcher logs. I'd suggest looking for duplicate versions of Java and removing all but 7u5. What did you do to reinstall, just clear the cache or wipe the entire folder, launcher and all? That's what I'd do.
