minecraft.jar Download Failed

Launcher Version: Technic Launcer - 1.0.1.3

Operating System: Windows 7 Enterprise (x64) - Service Pack 1

Java Version: Version 7 Update 5 (build 1.7.0_05-b05)

Antivirus Program: Launcher updates fine, then when I click login and it tries to download minecraft.jar, the download will go to a random % complete and then fail.

I have tried the .bat fix, as well as completely disabling AV and adding an Exception.

No luck. I really hope its me being stupid.

I'm having the same problem, only I'm stuck on matmos-v12.zip

EDIT:It's working now, I just did it a lot of times.

Antivirus/firewall software is the typical cause of this. What's yours?
