Antivirus Program: It works perfectly when I open technic Pack but when I want to run Tekkit it runs perfect but then minecraft opens and suddenly it crashed.I re-installed but It didn't work please help me I want to play online

Ah, you posted a bug report! Very well done.

If you don't use RailCraft, I'd turn it off. Your error is odd, and I haven't seen it before. If you really want to use Railcraft, the only option I can see is to find an older version of it that might work, and that you could configure to be the same as the one currently in Technic.
