permanent nausea effect please help

I have permant nausea only in overworld I have tried dying drinking different potions logging in and out.It has made game unplayable does any one have any suggestions. Could this be a bug and if so is there away to turn off potion effects.

Can you post which mods you are using? Else we can just grope in the dark.

 

I was gonna say Blood Magic, but then it would not just be the overworld.
