Recycler Bug?

Description of Problem:

I have trying to figure-out Why when I try to transport a Cobble-Stone,Dirt,Sand ex...

It goes into the part where i am suppose to get scrap so I want to know if it was a Bug/Glitch

This is not a launcher bug. This isn't even a Technic/Tekkit bug. You're simply putting it into the wrong spot on the machine. It's supposed to go in the top as I recall, but that may be wrong - I haven't used recyclers more than a couple times, and never piped into them. What does your setup look like?
