i was changing the vanilla spawn frequance and then when i pressed the on button to change the spawning and it crashed and went to the dirt backround and said saving chunks and then exited and when i tryed to launch technic agian it gave me a error

Go into your .minecraft folder and delete any config files Mo' Creatures may have made. It seems to like doing that. Then change the config file by hand instead of running the one inside the game.
