Is there a way to find leaking pipes?

Hey guys, i got a lil problem.

We got a leaking pipe somewhere on the map but i cant find it. Must be one of the blockbreaker system of one of our players. Its spamming like 200-300 entities/min.

I randomly teleport around to players and try to delete entities in a radius but no luck now.

Is there any better way to find the entities/leaking pipe? Maybe another plugin?
