Tekkit server help

Hi everyone

I have a dedicated server 3 gb and 35 slots. I have a problem when the machine 25 people will be turned off(Can't keep up! Did the system time change, or is the server overloaded). All mods are enabled, and I have about 20 plugins.So has anyone who knows the solution to this problem please help.

1) Don't sign your posts.

2) Get a better server.

3) If the server itself is running fine, get a better internet connection.

4) Reduce the number of plugins, and ban some items that like cause server-side lag (ComputerCraft, maybe quarries, etc.)
