Antivirus Program: Everytime I log on ar atleast attempt to I either get cannot conenct with minecraft.net or Cant authentithicate. What do I do?1`

Everytime I log on ar atleast attempt to I either get cannot conenct with minecraft.net or Cant authentithicate. What do I do?1`
