Cannot find Foam Texture location

I'm working on a texture pack, primarily for myself, but to release if I can get permission from other creators (If anyone can get in contact with Dante80 I would appreciate the contact info).

Anyway, I have tried twice to change the painted and wet foam textures to no avail.

At first I thought it was "ic2\sprites\block_0.png" changed'em, and no change in game. Hunted through the texture files. AHA! "ic2\sprites\block_cable.png" has those same textures! changed them. No luck.

don't see those textures being used anywhere else.

So, anyone know where they are?
