Port Problem

ON my previous bukkit sever, I used :25565, and everyone connected and there was much lolz. But now with my Tekkit server running, I am the only one able to connect through my LAN, and everyone else can not connect to my server. It is not even showing up, but still I am connected fine and the port is still open. I am extremely confused and I don't know if there is a certain command I must do before outside computers can access my server.
