Having an error when attempting to DL my pack

Not my first pack, thought I had gotten everything set correctly, but I guess not.

 

Trying to get the beta for my main modpack up.  It can be found here:

I've already checked my dropbox link and I know that it works fine.  The launcher doesn't even attempt to download the file though.  It just immediately tries to unzip the file ... that it doesn't have.

It seemed to have fixed itself.~  *shrugs*
