Technic Pack: Placed a pipe crash

Antivirus Program: I placed down a wooden pipe while using the Technic Pack and then it gave me the loading background(no texture pack so it was dirt) and said "Saving Chunks". Then after about 7 sec it gave me a white screen. I created a new world and tried to place a pipe again and the same thing. I have a Mac OS X 10.6.8 Snow Leopard so any fixes for that type would be great. Thanks

It's almost like this has happened to other people.

go into ~(username)/Library/Application Support/techniclauncher/technicssp/mods then secondary click on the zip file named "EE2ModV1.38.zip" and select get info, then rename it to "zEE2ModV1.38.zip"

i was having the same problem and was messing around with the order that the files were loaded and this is the one that worked and i did some research and it is the actual way to fix the problem. i have played for 19 hours without a crash using build craft pipes to automate all of my machines.

Hop into a program like MCEdit, open up the world, and find and delete the box where you placed the pipe from there.Save and play.

i did the MC edit thing and it worked, but the file name change did not, i use windows xp

my problem seemed to be caused by putting 2 waterproof wood pipes on one receiving teleporter

also a note with mc edit don't try copying large scale power generators with it when it doesn't recognize any of it's used blocks XD pissed mcedit off
