[Tekkit SMP Bug] Can't Connect to Friend's Server (Can't post in bug section, sorry)

Hey there, my friend just created a Tekkit server yesterday, and we were both able to play on it perfectly fine. But today when we tried playing all I got was "Polling" "Can't Reach Server".

I restarted Tekkit many times, restarted my computer, and even had my friend restart the server.

I can access public servers just fine, and my SSP World works too.

How can I fix it, and get back onto the server? Any help at all would be very much appreciated, thank you! :)

Is you or your friend behind a firewall? Did you port forward properly?

You should tell your friend to stop being an asshat , and get on here himself so we can help fix it without randomly guessing.
