Technic Wont start up but freeze on Technic logo

Operating System: WIndows 7, home Premuim 32-bit PLZ HELP

Java Version: Java Version 1.7.0_05

Antivirus Program: When I start technic with .exe or .jar it freezes on technic logo, It used to work earlier but I'm not sure what happent. Plz help I love Technic

Description of Problem:

When I start technic with .exe or .jar it freezes on technic logo or just wont go to the technic screen, It used to work earlier but I'm not sure what happent.

No error message just freeze

It happend to me to. It was running fine for like 3 months then it just started to freeze on the Technic logo. Please help

all i had had to do was allow the technic launcher updater through my windows firewall

If you have already done this than

1.Open up control panel

2.Select System and Security

3.Allow a program through windows firewall

4.Click change settings and you should be able to browse and select the technic updater or the technic launcher

By the way this is for windows 7 if you have any other versions of somesort hopefully there shall be similar instuctions
