Whenever I open Technic Launcher it says it cannot connect to Minecraft.net but when i go to the normal Minecraft, it connects without a problem, what's up with that? Is their a way to fix it?

Description of Problem:
Whenever I open Technic Launcher it says it cannot connect to Minecraft.net but when i go to the normal Minecraft, it connects without a problem, what's up with that? Is their a way to fix it?
