Getting Annoyed with Server.

Since I got the server running yesterday, it has only been able to accept local host, ( being me) and not LAN players or anyone else using the external address. The port is open and no software should be blocking the signal going out. If anyone else has ever had this issue can you please tell me how you solved it? Anything will help.

P.S., My Bukkit server has just ran perfectly fine, so it is definitely not the port.
