Cant start a server

Whenever I try to run a server, (wanting to make one for me and my friends to play on) I run the launch.bat file, and it shows with this screen "http://gyazo.com/f2800abcfc2179ee51d10f4efcd43973"

Then when I press a button, the thing just closes. 

P.S. This is what shows when I press edit, if it helps.

EDIT: 

I've changed my java, and gave the launcher more ram, now when i try to start it, it now shows this, then crashes once I press a button.

its happend to me man.. just replace the 3G and the 2G with 1G so it will look like this Xmx1G -Xms1G

and if you know any kind of video to help me make a server of b-team also to me and my friend pls share! (pls on the new launcher) because i have the folder with the launcher and i download in the technic but when i hit play and go into muliplayer and type my ip its says there no server pls help!

I have this same exact problem but the ram thing didn't do squat I get the second error

I have the same problem. 'When I fix it' or it does something the game works however mods like 'Morph mod' does not work. For example, I kill something and I can change into it. The square brackets work ([]) but can't change into anything.
